At 032c, we offer a 14-day return window for all items provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and security seals intact. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and intimate apparel may be ineligible for return due to hygiene and exclusivity standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring the 032c labels are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
